Guntersville Lake House

This weekend house for a professional couple is on a waterfront lot in this client’s new subdivision for which Bird & Kamback provided the initial design and helped develop. The house is sited midway from the uphill access and the water, with drives and paths to the boat house and shore below. All of the main spaces are stretched along the waterfront side for views of Lake Guntersville, with the support spaces on the uphill side.

A generous porch runs along the lake side on both the main level and the lower level, where the guest bedrooms and recreation space are located.
