The Madison Hampton Inn had consistently high occupancy and desired to add more guest room as well as other amenities, from which the guests and the community could benefit. The addition increased the size and capacity of the lobby in the existing hotel and added both conventional rooms and suites in the addition.
The addition also features a large fitness room, a guest laundry, and a business center for the guests. It also houses a conference room and a banquet room , both served by a kitchen and both opening onto a large outdoor plaza. The plaza contains a fireplace and two wall fountains and is surrounded by a stone wall and native plants.
The addition is linked to existing hotel by wide corridors at all three floors. Care was taken to make the two building look as harmonious as possible.
